Processing Time: For hair products that are in stock, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order (This does not include shipping time) During this time, we will prepare your items for shipment with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Time: After processing and tracking email has been sent, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to reach you (this does not include weekends or holidays)  

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided during the checkout process. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.

Responsibility for Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders: After your order has been shipped, Santana Imports Hair LLC is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed orders. We work diligently to package and ship your items securely, but once they are in the possession of the carrier (e.g., USPS), the responsibility for their safe and timely delivery lies with the carrier.

In the event that you encounter any issues with your shipment, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify Order Accuracy: Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the contents to ensure they match your purchase. If you find any discrepancies or issues, please contact us immediately.

  2. Contact USPS: For concerns regarding lost, damaged, or delayed orders, please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly. They will be able to assist you with the specific details of your shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy: It is essential that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Santana Wig Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Times: Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Pre-Order Items: Please note, that pre-order items are an additional $25 extra for shipping.
